Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how WW3 (“World War 3”) handles information when you use our website and game. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. Information we handle
WW3 is designed to be privacy-light. Most of your game data — your callsign, saved loadouts, owned cosmetics, and preferences — is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) and never leaves your device unless you choose to use an optional account.
If you connect a Solana wallet, your public wallet address may be read to enable gameplay (such as token-gated features). We do not access your private keys and cannot move your funds.
2. Optional accounts
If account sign-in is enabled, authentication may be handled by a third-party provider (e.g. Clerk). In that case, that provider processes your sign-in details under its own privacy policy. Accounts are optional — wallet + callsign play works without one.
3. On-chain transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions occur on the public Solana blockchain and are, by design, permanent and publicly visible. We do not control the blockchain and cannot alter or delete on-chain records.
4. Analytics & cookies
We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and essential local storage to run the site (for example, remembering that you dismissed the disclaimer banner). We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your choices
You can clear locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. Disconnecting your wallet stops us from reading your wallet address.
6. Children
WW3 is not directed to children under the age required to use crypto services in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
