WW3 is a video game and $WW3 is a community token, both provided for entertainment purposes only. Nothing offered is financial advice or an investment product. See our full Disclaimer for important risk information.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency-related services. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions in your country or region.

You may connect a self-custodial Solana wallet and choose a callsign to play. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We never have custody of your funds and cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.

Cosmetic items (skins and gun camos) may be purchased with SOL. All purchases are final and non-refundable. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Cosmetics have no monetary value and confer no rights beyond in-game appearance.

You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the service, nor to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that harms other players or the service.

The WW3 name, art, and game content are owned by the WW3 team. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit them without permission. The game world is fictional and stylized.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the WW3 team is not liable for any losses or damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of the service or the $WW3 token.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
